HI THERE, I'M ASHLEY

AND I'M GLAD YOU'RE HERE

LICENSED THERAPIST

We all benefit from the support of others, but some of us have a hard time asking for help. Our struggles can make us feel like we’re not our best selves — and sometimes it’s our own inner critic who’s getting in the way of our goals.

As a licensed therapist, I specialize in helping people cope with the challenges of life — especially anxiety, societal expectations, and perfectionism, and I utilize DBT and CBT modalities to foster a strengths-based approach to healing.

If you are motivated to start living more fully and true to your values, I might be the therapist for you. If there’s something you could use a hand in conquering, I hope you will take that next step and reach out!

CLINICAL SPECIALTIES

PERINATAL ISSUES

I am certified to work with birthers and their partners in need of perinatal mental health support — particularly with anxiety through the perinatal period, postpartum body image, and the adoption triad.

EATING DISORDERS

With over 8 years of experience in this area, I specialize in working with anyone touched by an eating disorder — including males and parents whose loved ones are struggling.

MOOD & MINDSET

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or something else, I am here to help you get to the root of the challenge so you can reclaim full agency over your life.

MY APPROACH TO HELPING YOU THROUGH THE RECOVERY PROCESS

HUMOR

No one’s struggle should be taken lightly. But there are times when it’s appropriate to take a disarming approach.

COLLABORATION

It works best when we work together. I’m with you at every step of the way to enhance everything you bring to the journey.

DIRECTNESS

It’s not always easy to hear what you need to hear — but it is important. I will be direct when it comes to your healing.

RELATABILITY

Therapy is a relationship. As Brené Brown says, “staying vulnerable is a risk we have to take if we want to experience connection.”

WHAT TO EXPECT

The details of my practice are outlined below. If this all works for you, I hope you’ll reach out so we can get you on the path to discovery.

PRICING

My rate for service is $150 for each 50-minute session. But I recognize that this may not be possible for everyone — so I offer sliding-scale rates on a case-by-case basis.

POLICIES

I am a licensed therapist working with people in the states of Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Georgia & Tennessee. At this time, all therapy sessions are fully virtual.

PROCESS

I provide phone consultations to determine if we're a good fit. If we are, we'll conduct a more thorough intake assessment to guide our journey. When you're ready, we'll get to work.
